Accessing Your LiftTrack
Warehouse Kiosk
You can access it immediately
from almost any other computer with Windows or a Java-enabled browser that is
connected to the Internet.
To remotely access the Kiosk,
you will need your user id, password and access code. If you donÕt have this
information, contact LiftTrack at 800.370.4189.
Access Your Warehouse
To remotely access the warehouse kiosk.
1. Enter
your user ID and account Password and click Log In.
2. To
the right of the Nickname of the location to which you want to connect, click
the Connect button.
3. If
prompted, click Run to download the GoToMyPC Viewer.
4. When
prompted, enter the Access Code for the Kiosk and click OK.
5. The kiosk
image will appear in the Viewer window.
You are now connected to your
warehouse kiosk and are ready to start accessing all your features.
Note: If
a kioskÕs status is Offline, then you will not be able to access that location.
Wait five minutes and try again. If it still isnÕt available contact LiftTrack.
Note: If the kiosk is shared with other users within
your company and the kiosk is in use by another online user, "In
Session" will appear in the connect box. If you choose to connect to the
kiosk while it is in session, the session in progress will be terminated. Keep
in mind that the In Session notification will display until the first user
terminates the connection with the kiosk and you refresh your browser.
Ending Your LiftTrack Connection
From the Viewer menu, choose File, then Disconnect.
